Wills and Powers of Attorney
Wills need to cover the changing needs of our clients. Having a properly drawn Will is very important for everybody, but even more so for situations such as altering relationships and blended families, where the needs of the new spouse or partner has to be addressed in addition to the rights of children. We can draw your Will so as to protect your loved ones, and review it from time to time as your circumstance change.
If you do not have a Will then the Law determines how your estate will be distributed, with potentially dire effect upon your loved ones. Sometimes the choice of Executor can become an issue. We are able to act in this role.
A Power of Attorney authorises another person to make medical and financial decisions on your behalf. These are particularly useful for our older clients who want to maintain control over their own affairs but also want to be able to nominate who can do so if circumstances arise.
Call Tony Bowlen or James Bowlen for assistance with any of these matters. |
