Deceased Estates

We can assist with all aspects of deceased estates including an application for a Grant of Probate and providing the Executors with advice and guidance in relation to their rights, duties and obligations in connection with the role.

There are circumstances in which a Will can be challenged, such as where a person feels that he or she has not been properly cared for, where there are questions as to the validity of the Will or where there are doubts as to the capacity of the person who made the Will. We can act for parties involved in disputes over Wills and Estates.
