Tony has extensive
experience in practice for
over 30 years. Over recent
years and as our practice
has grown, this has
concentrated in particular
on all aspects of deceased
estates, from drawing
Wills through to obtaining
Grants of Probate and
Letters of Administration,
and assisting Executors
with the complicated
process of managing the
Administration of the
estate of their loved
ones. He has also handled
many claims against
estates, acting for either
the Executor or the person
making the claim. In
addition he oversees our
extensive conveyancing
practice.
Personal
A local resident, Tony
has been actively involved
in many organisations,
having being President of
groups ranging from
sporting clubs to traders
associations and the
Northern Suburbs Law
Association. He enjoys
good food and wine, travel
and house renovating and
gardening. A
passionate Essendon
supported, he is a
foundation member of the
Lawdons.
